A Message from Brick

Aloha,

We are grateful to work with you all for Hawaii's Kupuna and their Ohana. The reach of the Kupuna Power Network has far surpassed our expectations and we look forward to sharing more pertinent information for you to share with your networks in the future. Wherein voting was our emphasis the last time around, Kupuna Power will be doing a deep dive into Healthcare for Seniors and all Hawaii. Physical, Mental, Spiritual and even going a step further, we will examine the Health and well-being of our Economy as we lift, in a compliant manner, Hawaii’s Visitor Industry in this time of Covid 19. The choice between economic or public health is a false dichotomy. We need both. The economy can’t function without healthy people and people can’t be healthy without a functioning economy. A healthy economy, more importantly, good health and a vibrant economy. It's a Kakou Thing!

Finally, Please find a Mahalo Message from Hawaii's Chief Elections Officer Scott Nago:

Kūpuna Power Network,

Thank you for your support of the 2020 Elections! We noticed that with your reach and membership, we were able to share information with more voters than ever before. Nearly 580,000 Hawaii voters participated in the 2020 General Election, exceeding the previous record from 2008 in which over 456,000 voters cast their ballot.

We rely on the community to share the information and talk story with their friends and family. Voters knew to expect their ballot in the mail and to return it as soon as possible. Voters knew to mail it by October 27 or take it to a ballot drop boxes. We could not have done it without you folks talking about the elections within your networks.

We truly appreciate you and we look forward to working with you all again in future elections!

Very truly yours,

Scott Nago

From our Kupuna Power ohana to yours, Be Safe...Be Well...Malama Kekahi I Kekahi...Take care of one another. The Best of the Holiday Season. Aloha.
